HOW IT WORKS
Landlord / Developer
Owner of the block of units that get a fixed rental amount for their building.
Managing Partner
Takes a headlease on the block between the landlord and the social housing provider with a margin. Handles maintenance, utilities and distributes payments from the social housing provider to the landlord and returns to investors.
Social Housing Provider
Takes a sublease on the block and then puts their tenants in the units once they are furnished and ready for occupation.
Government
Provides funding to the social housing provider to house people.
Tenants
Vulnerable people that are without accommodation that then live in the units, their rent is paid by the social housing provider.
Investors
Provides capital to make ready the units for tenants occupation, decor, fit out and furnishing etc. In return receives a fixed monthly return
